Donnie did a great job handling some of our more difficult or emotionally unregulated clients. Once, when one of my client's had missed her appointment and was highly upset, he went over, spoke with her while she was crying, and worked out a plan with her that he would personally reach out the day before every appointment to remind her that it was the next day. This helped her feel better nearly immediately. It was a good example of how Donnie can go above and beyond in the name of customer care!

Donnie started working with me at my private practice. He has done a great job getting many of the things I was behind on caught up. He has been instrumental at me continuing to practice. Donnie is good at seeing a situation before its an problem and creating options. He is very upbeat even during high stress or uncertainty. While Donnie has these strengths, he can struggle in an environment that lacks the ability to evolve. Donnie will perform the best giving him trust and empowerment, he will return that trust. I really enjoyed working with Donnie. He always had a great attitude and was eager to learn new tasks. He was always willing to speak up when he needed help and had a drive to achieve the work standards we had in place. Had Covid not affected our workflow we would still have Donnie on our staff.
